About this product

HCT — Liquid Compost is a 100% South African chitosan-derived bio-stimulant, natural pest control and plant immune booster. It works through enzyme activation within plants — not through chemical pressure — making it non-toxic to bees, birds and amphibians with no Maximum Residue Limit.

The 5 Litre size is the most popular pack with commercial growers running first-season programs. It covers 5–10 hectares at standard row-crop application rates and offers a better per-litre price than the 1 L trial pack while staying easy to handle on smaller operations.

  1. 01Shake well before use.
  2. 02For root drench: dilute 500 ml – 1000 ml per hectare in your usual carrier volume and apply at planting or during early vegetative growth.
  3. 03For foliar spray on fruit and vegetables: mix 10 – 20 ml per litre of water and spray to runoff in the early morning or late afternoon.
  4. 04For seed coating: pre-treat seeds with a thin coating before sowing.
  5. 05Safe to apply at any growth stage — no withholding period.
  6. 06Store sealed, out of direct sunlight, between 5 °C and 30 °C.
