Privacy Policy.

We only collect personal information you actively give us. Specifically:

• Contact form — your name, email, phone number (optional), farm / business name (optional), and the message you write. Used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Orders — your name, email, phone number, delivery address (or collection choice), the items you ordered, and any notes. Used to fulfil and dispatch your order and to contact you about it.
• Reviews — your name and farm / region if you choose to write one. Reviews are public on the site.

We do not collect data through analytics or advertising trackers.

Our site uses the minimum needed to function:

• Cart (localStorage) — remembers what you added to your cart between page loads. Stored only in your browser, never sent to us until you submit an order.
• Admin session cookie — used only by HCT staff when logged into the back-office. Not set on visitor browsers.
• Consent acknowledgement — a small browser flag remembers that you've dismissed our cookie banner so we don't show it again.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

• Contact form submissions: kept indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them.
• Orders and invoices: kept for the legally-required retention period (typically 5 years for tax purposes).
• Reviews: stay published until you ask for removal.
• Browser-side cart and consent flags: cleared by you at any time via your browser settings.

Your data stays with us. The only third parties involved are essential service providers:

• Resend — delivers notification emails (e.g. order confirmations, contact-form alerts to our team).
• Yoco — processes card payments (when enabled). They handle card data directly; we never see your card number.
• Our hosting provider — stores the website and its database in a secure data centre.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with anyone.

You have the right to:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Withdraw consent for any non-essential processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator if you believe we've mishandled your data
